[he bites his lip as he tries to weigh the pros and cons of telling iwa-chan now. after he just got here. how horrible is that to find out something that doesn't even happen yet? but... at the same time it would be better if iwa-chan found out from him and not discover it the way he did. which was a prolonged sense of dread. that and it would be horrible if tobio-chan blurted it out.]

[ and with that, iwaizumi shuts his mouth and goes quiet. he could see it on oikawa's face but actually hearing about it, coming from his mouth is a completely different thing. he doesn't need to ask if he's making this up or anything, because he knows that oikawa would never joke about it. ]
